It's been a month since I went into preterm labour at 22 weeks and had to say goodbye to my first born child.

And say hello to my first AF, I am a suffer from PCOS and usual have irregular periods. Which had me assuming it would arrive much later than it has.

(For those here who can relate or have experienced a loss, I am sorry and I pray we all can get stronger together through this.)

I am based in the UK. I have already seen my GP regarding the matter but not really had a conclusive answer as I am yet to receive my follow up an appointment.

I have been racking my brain on so many different things on all the chat room trying to find answers.

I have been wondering if anyone can offer me some advice- those who have experienced a late miscarriage especially due to PPROM or Incompetent Cervix what happens next...

What happened at your follow up an appointment...how soon can I a try again?
