Hey ladies so i went for my 25 week sonogram at my doctors office they send u out to get it done everything looked perfect. They said we will see if in 5 weeks fast forward my30 week sonogram the checked the baby and the sonographer said ok everything looked good so the doctor who over sees everything comes in and says baby head is a lil small mind u he never looked at the baby on the screen he just went over the notes she took down and he said your placenta is thickening and your fluid is low so i said what dose that mean he said well I’m going to send u out for testing it could be something with the baby chromosomes or i could have an infection called Torch each letter stands for something and they where Toxoplasmosis, syphilis, rubella, Cytomegalovirus, and herpes. Mind u he never told he what it stood for i had to look it up my self 🙄😤 then he said he didn’t even explain what chromosomes he was checking for and i asked he just said we are just going to check in details so mind i im freaking out was crying the whole week because something could be wrong with my baby so i went back in so they could draw my blood for the torch and the chromosomes testing i asked to speak with the other doctor because i needed more details she came in and said he is checking more into the baby chromosome meaning re checking for downs edwards syndrome and another on i can’t remember she really went into details while i was still stress they wanted me back in a week so i went back in and said i didn’t want the same who did my sonogram and i didn’t want that doctor i wanted the same lady who went into details so they went over the baby again checked everything she said my fluid was at a 7 so my doctor told me if it was lower than a 5 or 4 then it’s low 7 wasn’t low so she finished and she said the doctor will come in and go over everything with u now she came in and re checked everything what the lady did before her she look at everything on the baby and the she said well the baby is great the placenta is normal i was beyond happy but pissed at the same time because that mean the last person measured it wrong and had me stressing the whole dam week and i explained to her if he would have checked and went over everything like she did we would be here 😤😤and she said I’m sorry he didn’t go over anything and recheck it. please make sure if the doctors say something is wrong make sure they recheck it
