YOGURT TO TREAT YEAST INFEC??

Long story short I took a prescription due to BV and the side effects of that were a yeast infection since the antibiotics also killed the good bacteria. So im doing a little research and I heard plain yogurt is natural and good to cure yeast infections ? Has anyone ever tried tougher before ? If so , how did it turn out

Honestly for me yogurt helped me with eating it not putting it up in the vagina. Also take probiotics a gummy helped me a lot.

Call your dr and ask for diflucan it’s a pill for yeast infections. Or try Monistat, don’t put yogurt up there, the sugars in it can make it worse. Also look into a good probiotic and prebiotic.

I draw a bath just past my bellybutton and mix in apple cider vinegar. It’s so uncomfortable but I also have diluted 1 cup of water with around 2 drops of tea tree oil and dipped my tampon in and quickly inserted it. I repeated this roughly 3x a day and the infection went away in around a week.
Like I said, it is uncomfortable and gross. And yes, antibiotics will eliminate the infection waaaaay faster. I just don’t like relying heavily on antibiotics as your body creates resistance to it!
