Please help! When did I ovulate?

Hi ladies. I only got a positive opk for one evening on CD 12. The next day it was negative. Based on the chart when did I ovulate? Glow logged O day for the day I got my positive opk, but wouldn’t it be 24-36 hours AFTER a positive opk?
