How many weeks were u when you found out gender of baby? Or if you're currently pregnant when will u find out?

Im wonder bc my dr has a sign saying "sneak peak gender" so i was thinking itll be around 12 weeks right but he was like no its at 14wks and its $60 i pay when we do it so i set the apt but when i got home i was like wait a min i found out the gender with my first kid at 13-14 as regular gender reveal apt . So i feel like im gettind ripped off ...😭😭 and i forgot to ask when will i find out if i dont do the "sneak peak "
