Cried over a cupcake 🤪
So I am 20+5 🤰🏻and recently had my anatomy scan, the doctor said my BMI was too high and suggested I try to lose weight🥗. I had gained some weight this pregnancy and I am a bigger girl but never considered myself “fat.” Anyways I was kind of upset by this so I reduced my calories to 1,500 but was feeling sluggish so I upped it to 1,700 and I feel much better on that. I’ve been doing walking🏃🏻♀️ and had my first trip to the gym since I’ve been pregnant today and did about 45 mins🏋🏻♀️. Today has been much harder than most days, I’ve been extremely hungry and thinking about food non-stop. So I’m laying in bed playing around on Facebook and a video came up and there was this lovely little cupcake 😋🧁and my pathetic pregnant self burst into tears over not being able to have a cupcake 🙄. This is seriously too much today, I am trying so hard but geez lol. If anyone has any tips or tricks to make this easier please feel free to share.
