Sons second birthday party

My son will be 2 on may 25th. My husband and I were discussing themes the other day for it while grocery shopping. I came up with taco twosday and thought we could have a taco bar and a few other little things like that. A lady piped up and said that it would be racist if we had that theme since we're white. I was just wondering what other people's opinions on this would be. My son loves tacos so I thought it would be cute.
