Okay, so my sister is telling me that her landlord lost the house to foreclosure. And she has 45 days to move out. I have lived in an apartment where the landlord lost it to foreclosure and the bank took over and allowed us to stay there, the bank had it for almost a year until a new landlord took over. I’m trying to explain to my sister what she needs to do. And she just won’t listen 🤦🏼‍♀️ when my landlord lost the apartments we got our security deposit back ! Shouldn’t my sister get hers back too !? This is in Maryland.
