Ok so let me get a couple things out there first.

1. Yes I’ve been to the doctor, no help, nothing wrong, just hormones.

2. I have very recently been fitted professionally for a bra, so that’s not it (36 DD, Fyi)

3. Ibuprofen, Tylenol, etc... does nothing.

Ok so now that’s out of the way.

Does anyone have any advice on how they deal with this? It gets so bad I can’t hold my nieces and nephews sometimes. Hurts to take my bra off, almost crying. Any essential oils or homeopathic remedies you’ve tried?
