Any suggestions to eat when you first get braces ?

Haven’t really ate much in the past few hours. Please give a girl some suggestions 😫.

Soup. Soft stuff you don't have to chew or that you can swallow whole like rice with gravy. Well those are things I ate at least.

Don't try blending a taco... doesn't taste the same
But for real, soup, jello, avocado, spaghettios, basically just pretend you don't have teeth. And for the love of anything holy, avoid bread

Mashed potatoes, soup, yogurt, macaroni and cheese, etc. Anything soft. In a few days, you may want to start training your teeth to eat harder things. I’m getting mine off in a few months and I’m soooo excited. Good luck to you tho. They aren’t as bad as everyone makes them seem.

Yogurt, applesauce, pudding, jello, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese. I wouldn't eat any meats with skins like hot dogs, chicken, ham. Just make sure you take it off first. That's what they told my sister when she got hers put on today.
