Face rash!!!!!

At first I thought this was due to make up but google confirm pregnancy rash. It's all over my left side of the face my forhead, down my jaws. It first started a dry patch on my nostrile a few days before it flared. I hate going to the doctor for minor issues, anybody have remedies?
