Advice needed.

I have a cracked tooth that I think is rotting even more now that I’m 5 weeks pregnant. It has bothered me before I was pregnant but has recently been hurting way more and has caused migraines, etc

I owe my dentist over $1,000 and it’s in collections.

I NEED this tooth pulled. Gone. Need. It. Gone.

Should I go to a different dentist just to get it pulled?

Not to mention, on the upper part of my mouth on the same side, I had a wisdom tooth come in but had a tooth pulled years ago so my dentist just cut a hole so the wisdom tooth would go through. It’s halfway through (he did this like 4-6 months ago) and I’m not sure if the pressure from it is also hurting me? Arg
