How do you know you're in real labor?

35.3 weeks pregnant with our 3rd baby. I have two children but both were induced and had them vaginally. How likely is it for me to have a C-section if I'm induced again? (Scared of C-sections) and how would you know if you're in labor naturally since I was induced both times? TIA! 😏
