So my baby is a little over 3 months old. Great head control and can lift his chest off the ground at tummy time. However is no where near rolling over......... Except in his sleep when he is swaddled. He rolls over to his stomach and screams because he can't roll back over.

I tried unswaddling just one arm and that didn't work. So I unswaddled both arms last night. He woke up every 2 hours again (he was just starting to sleep through the night again after us just getting through his sleep regression). And he still has no idea how to roll himself back to his back when he's sleeping.

I'm assuming it's still safer to unswaddle him at this point. Any tips to get through this? Should I just let him sleep on his stomach?
