Flu shot?

Question

This years flu strain is the H1N1, and it was advised that the flu shot was to be more effective than any other recent years. Did you get it? And if your children got it, please comment their ages.

Fiance and I haven't got our flu shots yet, but baby girl definitely did. First was at 7 months and her booster at her 9 month check up. She didn't even cry. No side effects (no fever, no sickness) 100% normal happy baby.

1 and yes he got it no way I’d skip on it my sons health isn’t worth risking but everyone else do whatever they want with their kids I could care less as long as mine is safe

My son is 2yo and got it at his check-up. I got it when I was 11 weeks pregnant. And my husband got it too.

My daughter 2.5, myself, and hubby all got the shot. Daughter and I still got influenza A (which is basically the strain they say isnt covered by the shot). Since I'm pregnant I ended up hospitalized with bilateral pneumonia and sepsis from flu complications, but daughter just used tamiflu and tylenol and was better in a week or so. Had we not gotten the shot, they said it would've been a lot worse for both of us because of compromised immune systems since shes so little and the pregnancy.

My son is currently 21 months old. He got the flu shot when he was 18 months old during his wellness visit.
