My right side has been cramping today like below my ribs on my side...pregnancy symptom or not?

Don't try to symptom spot cause the symptoms are the same. Just don't want you to be going off symptoms assuming you're pregnant cause I used to do that and would get my heart broke all the time but I stopped at month 5 cause I educated myself a lot on it. I'm on month 7 now. It's good to test at 15dpo though as HCG will be well in your system by then.
