Help please 😭

Okay so I had a miscarriage November 25 at 6 weeks exactly. I immediately got pregnant after. And they think on the 22 I’ll be 8 weeks, which will also be my first appointment. I went to the gyno a couple days ago because I have bacterial vaginosis, and they also gave me a flu shot because I haven’t had one yet. So excuse all the excessive wetness and discharge (some of it is the vaginal medication I use with an applicator for my BV) and this is in my underwear? Obviously it’s blood, but it’s only like at the top around my discharge? But when I wipe no blood is coming out either. I haven’t had any severe cramping? And I feel like I’m too late for it to be implantation bleeding? (These underwear were also stained previously from when I bled through a pad a year ago and I can’t get the blood stain out, so that’s what the other color is underneath the clear)
