So me and my mate were floating down the river and saw a spider in the tree we freaked and got out quickly and went into the paddock beside the river and went walking up to the side we were talking and then we stopped at this gate where we had to jump over and we stopped for a while and then we started talking not knowing that there was a snake crawling up behind us my mate turns around and then says that we need to find a stick to go through the long grass that we are about to run through until she turns around and says and screams at me snake I turn around and see this long brown snake with its neck all puffed up standing on its back and iced turnaround run and me and my mate were bolting not sure if this massive snakeIs still following us I know that people say that you should stop and stand still when you see snake but this thing was gonna kill us I can tell so could my mate I don’t know why I was panicking so much because my mate was so close to it about less than a metre from the snake we get to the last of the paddock and we slow down and we look for a stick and then arm we had to go through Longgrass again and I was panicking and we were had to go through this part where people had obviously been before because the fence was all like stretched and dumb then we were going through and my mate slipped and there was a car coming across the hill and then we had to jump cross this little ditch and then we finally got onto the road and our stuff was still down under the bridge where we were like initially sitting and then after that My mate got up the courage and went down and got our stuff came back up and we waited on the bridge for my mates mum to come pick us up
