Emergency kinship placement. Help!?!

So 24 hours ago I was given emergency custody of my little cousin who is 7 months “I have a 4 year old” everything happen so fast he went from druggie parents to a foster home to now my home. It happen so fast I didn’t have much time to think about it and felt obligated to say yes. I haven’t signed the paper work but I’m having such anxiety and second thoughts. Do I still have a right to not sign the paper work and the case worker to find different arrangements? I feel like a horrible person but no one was saying yes. I have a pretty busy life and a 10 month relationship with my boyfriend who moved in and I’m scared of the stress that it will put on our relationship. I also work is a busy ER and had to call off the day everything happen. What options do I have? Where can I ask questions?
