Almost 41 weeks pregnant! Induction?

I am scheduled to be induced this Sunday night! I'm a little nervous about induction! Has anyone had induction experiences that you want to share with me?!? Is it harder than  regular child birth? Thoughts/ opinions?

I've been induced four time with post dates. From start to finish they have ranged between 18 hours (#3)- 47 hours (#1). I don't have a regular birth to gauge it on but depending how much pitocin is being given it can be very painful. All four of mine have been successful vaginal births and one of them was even twins and baby b was breech. 
Just remember no matter how the baby has to be evicted the final result is the baby. Plan to be there longer than you expected and be open to change when needed.

Start walking a lots of it. Hopefully gravity would do it's trick. I was induced but was stuck to the CTG because the baby's heart rate was abnormal. Was in labour for 14 hours.

I was induced with my daughter July 30 at 6 am and she was born at 3:50 pm. It was so easy and I couldn't ask for a better labor and delivery. I've always heard these horror stories about induction and was scared to death but it was nothing.

I was induced with both my pregnancies, so I don't have anything to compare it to. But I thought it was fine, just a little long, 23 hours with my first.
