Had 1st mc now again pregnant 5weeks

I had mc on 15 July when my baby was 8weeks 2days. Doctor says there was blood clot near to the placenta formation which is clear from attached ultrasound picture. I wonder what is the reason of such fluid or bloodclot formation. Does anyone know if there exist any treatment for it?
