Yoga ball?!?

Does it work? 
I just got one for fun but curious if it helps labor?

I used mine every day from 8 months on with my oldest, and she was 10 days early..easy delivery, 7lbs 4oz. I really do think it helped a lot..I plan to get one to use with this pregnancy as well

I used mine from 14 weeks until I had her. I used it to bounce it helped me progress nicely :) made labor and delivery easy

I didn’t want anything to do with mine while in labor. I know many do though. I had to stay laying down for most of it because I was so faint from the pain I kept almost passing out. The pain made me buckle over too and laying down was my only option. My sister used a yoga ball until she was ready to go to the hospital at like 4 cm dilated.
