Hi everyone. Cut a long story short. I am nearly 22 weeks and my ex (baby’s father) argue constantly about money, he has refused to buy anything for the baby and his family have not contacted me since they found out I was pregnant. Has anybody gone through the process of CMS claims? He has a child with an ex already and she claims via CSA and he’s complaining he won’t be able to pay her as much. I was just wondering how long it takes and do you start the process as soon as baby is born ? Thanks in advance xx
