Postpartum periods?

My daughter will be 3 months on the 24th and I still haven’t gotten a period. I’m not breastfeeding anymore - at my 6 week check they said it could take some time to come back and it should be fine but still nothing. I have an appointment with my PCP coming up but just curious if anyone else had this problem after having a baby.

If it matters I had a c section at 32w4ds - I bleed for maybe 1 week and lightly for maybe 1 week after having her.
