Bilateral Fallopian tube blockage

Hey freinds , have any one experienced this ? I got my reports yesterday which suggests I have both Fallopian tube blocked and dr suggest laporoscopy?. Is there any side effects to this treatment ? How soon I can TTC after this operation? Are there any alternative methods to remove blockage ?
