I eat 4 eggs per day 🍳 😬
Is this healthy? It has been 2 days now I eat 4 eggs per day. I am super skinny and aim to gain weight but I am not sure if this is a healthy way.
The reason I eat so many eggs however is not because I want to gain weight, but because I get hungry during the day and I want to avoid unhealthy foods like bread (I am not allowed by my doctor because I have inflammatory acne and it’s not good for it), chocolate and other salty and sweet snacks that are not only harmful for my face, but for my health also. I just make them because they are an easy and fast solution to my hunger 😂
What are some results I can have? I certainly don’t want a lot of fat buildup. What should I start noticing that is changing? Is it good for me? What bad may it cause?
