Infection :(

I need some friendly advise.. last week i developed a yeast infection 😭😭 the doc didn't want to put me on anything right away until the culture came back right. Well long story short i won't know anything for sure until Thursday but she said to use monistat in the meantime. I have all the directions and everything but one thing keeps bothering me....

How does it work once its inside??? Like does the cream dissolve inside or does it fall out or what honestly lol I curious before i actually use it.
