21 weeks

21 weeks and I’ve been having what I thought were the worst growing pains. They don’t come and go like I’d think contractions or Braxton-Hicks would. But it’s definitely painful. Like a strained feeling. With waves of cramps. And then today I’ve been having random pains in my vagina. It scares me for preterm labor. I’m a ftm and don’t know what’s normal. I have a doctors appointment a week from tomorrow but wondering if I should try to go in this week instead. Anyone else get horribly uncomfortable and growing pains around this time?
