Nausea.
So I am finally joining the club. Started yesterday, hrm its 1am here so then the day before. Yesterday was worse than the day before. Best thing I could do was keep a fan blowing on me, have cold water nearby to drink, and strawberries to snack on. Middle of the night now and i wasnt feeling good so i just snacked on ritz crackers and i feel better now. Just make sure you ladies eat. Satisfy your hunger with a healthy snack and it mayntide you over so you dont feel so sickly.
I know one thing that didnt help was walking in the ladies bathroom at work and it smelled like staight up crap and piss. I had to leave the premises asap cuz i started gagging. Women in my building are disgusting...
