Terminal Hydrosalpinx

I posted on here about 6 wks ago having had a positive test, which unfortunately ended. This week I had a Lap and dye as advised by sub-fertility and was diagnosed with terminal Hydrosalpinx. Done research but wondered if anyone had or has experience with this and how they got on with TTC.

Any information would be gratefully received
