Growing up, my mom always made this meal and I have been craving it lately. I have asked my brother, and he doesn't know how to make it either. I don't know if it is a common dish, or if it is something she may have come up with.

It had cabbage, spam, and scrambled eggs in it, maybe other ingredients, but that's all I can think of that was in it. She always served it with fried rice.

I have looked online and can't find a recipe that looks like what she made. Can anyone please help me out?
