Bassinets?

So where I live I don’t have the room for a huge crib, but still might get one. What are your thoughts on bassinets? Any experience or advice would be greatly appreciated. Also at what age are bassinets no longer safe ❤️

We love the halo bassinet. We used it with our first until he was almost 6 months old; they can be in the bassinet until they are too big or could get out.

We use the bassinet insert of a pack n play. He’s 7 months and still in it.

Bassinets are typically only used from first few days to like 3 months maximum. I’m not getting a crib either. You could always look for a mini crib or just use a pack n play (that’s what I’ll be using) I’m not fond of cribs anyways, I know too many kids who have climbed out of theirs.

Bassinets on wheels are great, but if you're limited on room it would be a personal choice; once baby can sit up and move around, they're useless except as changing tables and laundry baskets 😂
