How do you know if your hymen is broken?

So me and my bf are about to have sex for the very first time and I’m really curious if my hymen is already broken so I wouldn’t feel any pain.

Hymens do not break. They stretch and will occasionally tear. That’s when you sometimes see blood when you have sex and that’s usually due to the fact you either weren’t properly lubricated or the sex was a little too rough. Tearing of the hymen can also happen during physical activities such as horseback riding. There really is no way to tell if your hymen is “broken” 
I suggest taking it slow and make you’re really lubricated down there to minimize any discomfort that may come up.

Every woman is completely different! Some women have their hymen break using tampons, maturating, even horseback riding. I bled a little, just spotted when I lost my virginity. And I was 19 when I lost my virginity. 
I still bled from sex from time to time. Randomly. And I am 22 now. 
It’s different for all women! You may not bleed at all, you may bleed a lot. You may spot a tiny bit! And it might he the last time you bleed. And it may be the first of many! ❤️
