Which ultrasound is better?!?!

So I’m 29 weeks pregnant with my first! Baby boy! 💙 & doctor said if I’m going to be getting a 3D ultrasound to get it down now-32 weeks or it starts getting cramped in the womb and pictures won’t be as good....so I wanted to get that ultrasound done but i don’t know which is better 3D 4D or HD live ultrasounds. any moms out there who’s had 3D/4D/HD Live ultrasounds let me know!!! I wanted to get HD live but i don’t know if it is better or just getting the 3D ultrasound is fine.

I have had a 3D and they switched to 4D during it and honestly I feel like the 3D is really great. The 4D they’re just messing with the background and foreground and trying to lighten or darken it depending on the angle to see babies features better. If you really aren’t sure then do the 4D cause you don’t want to regret not doing it you know. But you can always ask them to switch to a lower package. If you pay for the 3D package then they may be hesitant to switch to 4D if you ask. I had a private ultrasound at 10+2 weeks and I have another one today at 16+4. Both times we chose the 2D package which is just the black and white. But they did switch to the 3D and 4D for a little white to show me. I guess it all depends on the place. Good luck! It’s the best experience. They show you so much and explain everything so much better than a dr office where it’s like a 5 min thing. Private ultrasounds are the best.
