Working Out for My Mental Health

Im normally a lazy bones as seen in the above pic. But having bi polar 2 and a panic disorder I have decided to work out not to lose weight but just for my mental health. And lemme tell ya ladies, the benefits have been great so far! I’m only 1 week in but I’m sleeping better, feeling better about myself overall, and feeling happier overall. I’m only going 3-4 days a week for about an hour or so, but it has been worth it. Hope I can keep it up!
