I’m a sophomore in highschool and there is this boy on the crosscountry and track team

(i am too) i have noticed him before but never thought anything of him then last week during winter conditioning I noticed he was looking at me a little bit and I started to look at him. I noticed his really strong arms and legs. I don’t know how to talk to him but I fell like I should. He is actually really cute. Any suggestions on how to start a convo?
