In the worst pain of my life

Just gave birth 4 days ago. Almost died as my uterus ruptured. I’m on strong pain meds non stop and am so severely constipated that it’s making me have the worst pain in my life. Been taking colace twice a day for 4 days, a laxative from the hospital not sure what it was, and I just got home and took milk magnesium and ducolex or whatever it’s called. I’m in so much pain I’m shaking and feel a fever coming on. Please help. The hospital kept telling me this is normal but I know it’s not !!!!!!
