HELP! Light Pink Blood/Discharge?

I'm 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I just found out three days ago. I just went to the bathroom and I'm having light pink discharge that came out on my tissue. What's this mean????

I had the same issue at 5 weeks and it turned out to be vaginitis. It’s common in early pregnancy because of hormone changes. I got on some antibiotics and the discharge was gone within a day. Definitely call your OBGYN. Signs of a miscarriage would be a period like flow and cramping, but it doesn’t hurt to be seen.
