How many days after Implantation BFP

Hi.

I was spotting this Morning. Nothing severe, just Little Brown something.

If it is Not the Start of AF, what I Hope, but implanation spotting, how many days after that could I get a BFP?

Feel super nauseaous today, But maybe it just my Brain tricking me.. but this is Not my typical period.. and spotting stopped Right now.

I‘m 16 days Late with my period, but got only BFN. Last one on wednesday.. since then I didn‘t Test, cause it just made me sad that nothings Happening..
