Tube flush?

I had a D&C/Hysteroscopy August. My periods finally started to slow down last two months. I was hoping it meant I’ve finally healed for pregnancy. 
My Dr said reason for extreme heavy Period AND infertility was the polyp he removed. 
But if I were going to get pregnant, I would by now. Referred me to RE. 
My husband will not be in board for IVF. Anything else I can do? Natural ideas? Non invasive? Maybe get tubes checked?

When you go to the RE, they will run a lot of blood work to check Other things that most OBGYN’s don’t. They will also most likely order an HsG to check tubes and uterus.  They will also monitor a full natural cycle with so is and blood to see if you are ovulating in your own. 
You decide from there what you want to do.
You can start with just properly timed BD with temping and OpKs. You can take a low dose clinic or femara with a trigger shot and timed BD. You can graduate to IuI if needed.  There’s so much to it. But the first step is see the RE and get an in depth look over to see if you are dealing with any specific issues
