Hello I’m new here but I would definitely like some advice. After my first child it felt like I lost myself I started gaining weight and now overall I’m just uncomfortable with myself. I wanna get back down to 140 I’m currently 200 and I’m short so I feel so fat my thighs are huge and my stomach is too and I have back rolls. If somome could point me In the right direction it would help a lot I go to the gym but idk what I should be using or doing
