I went to doc on Friday because I was concerned about some light spotting I’d been experiencing. They did an ultrasound and though it was too early to see embryo they saw the sac and my uterus and ovaries and said everything looked good and normal

Doc prescribed progesterone for the spotting but it’s not Monday and there’s still a tiny bit. How long does it take for the progesterone to start working AND/OR how long after a transvaginal ultrasound can I expect to spot??????

I’m currently out of the country and already had to pay out of pocket to see the doc and for the progesterone and ultrasound so I’m trying to avoid going back unless necessary
