Realistic???

So I’m having trouble and anxiety 😕 I’m due end of March and I’m in a wedding beginning of September! I’m 5’2 pre pregnancy weight of 140 (very active - like 20k steps 5 days a week plus Zumba 3 days a week). Well obviously I could not keep those stats up and gained about 50lbs with this pregnancy so far ☹️

If I go back to that regimen a month after baby’s here (given a vaginal birth like my last baby)... is it realistic to think I could get back to at least 150 by September??? Anyone like me achieve that? HELP!
