I do but I specifically buy the dailies poise panty liners which are sooo thin it's perfect. I don't notice it and it doesn't create too much excess moisture down there. They're great!

Some say yes some say no but to save you money I would look into reusable cloth. I use them throughout my pregnancy because discharge and they are soooo comfortable. I found mine on Etsy. They were cheaper on there than amazon.
