Early pregnancy reassurance needed

Ok I’m panicking, full blown panic...

Tuesday last week I had some dark brown spotting and saw a dr who referred me to Epu. We saw baby and heartbeat was good etc (last Thursday) over the weekend more brown spotting, more than before but still not a great deal. No I have no pregnancy symptoms all day and I’m truly panicking! We tried for months for this baby and we love jelly bean already? Any experience of this before? Epu won’t see me again and dr says wait and see
