I am trying to decide what birth control to use. The month to month pills where its 3 weeks of pills and 1 week of placebo pills gave me HORRID cramps. I'm on the 3 month pill pack right now but have been searching other options. Im curious to hear about the patch and the shot. Im not worried about weight gain but am worried about weight loss. I'm not sure if the side effects of the patch are worth switching again. I've also just considered going to condom route although it's not what either of us enjoy. Opinions and experiences welcome! 😁
