Nonhormonal?
Looking into my options for bc after my twins arrive in May. My goal is to breastfeed, so obviously I want something that won’t effect my supply. Do I have options other than IUDs?
I’m not totally on board with implants, as I’ve had Nexplanon and Mirena in the past and wasn’t a fan of having something that could possible migrate or embed itself in my body.
Idk where to start. Help!
