Pregnancy & anxiety medication
Has anyone gotten through pregnancy medication free when dealing with anxiety? I’ve had it since before I got pregnant, I gave some a try but they made me feel so uncomfortable I just stopped. Now I’m pregnant & ppl on the app tell me to ask my doctor of medication but if I didn’t wanna take some before getting pregnant, now being pregnant would be my last resort. I’d rather try therapy
