7w2d baby ok but bleeding!!

I posted before about having brown discharge throughout the day, I went to be early scan and the baby was healthy with a strong heartbeat. However, when I go home I was badly sick and then started to bleed dark red blood. I’m so confused because they said my baby is healthy but now this?! Help! 😩
