What do you pack in your diaper bag?

Any tips on make haves/life hacks for your diaper bag?

- diapers
- wipes
- extra change of clothes for baby
- changing pad
Nice to have:
- diaper cream
- pacifier/teether/toy 
- burp cloth
- bib
- blanket
- zip lock bag (for blow outs)
- hand sanitizer
- lotion
- nursing/multipurpose cover
- bags to put stinky diapers in

I have 2 extra outfits in gallon Ziploc bags- if my son needs changed then the dirty clothes go in the bag the clean clothes just came out of. Hand sanitizer, changing mat, diapers/wipes/cream, extra bink or teether when baby's old enough, receiving blanket (my son had bad reflux so we'd have to wear a blanket at all times otherwise we'd all be changing), nursing cover, extra shirt for you, and gas drops

I don't own a diaper bag. Babies don't need much at all. In my purse, I have a couple of diapers, a pack of wipes, and spare diaper trash bags. When she was on formula, I carried a bottle of water, empty bottle, and spare formula in a dispenser. Once she started solids, I started carrying a snack or two and a sippy cup of water (then obviously, we transitioned away from the formula completely and only carried the snacks and sippy cup). Sometimes I'd carry a spare pacifier/pacifier clip as well. But that's honestly all we typically carry. Even for longer outings. 95% of the items other commenters mentioned have never been in my bag lol not even once. And our daughter is now 19 months.

This was my must have! My daughter hated cold or room temperature bottles. The white cup is used to hold the water and bottle while it warms up. Downside is that it was heavy in a bag.

We just keep diapers, wipes, they baby safety kit from boon(which we almost NEVER use), some travel size soap/lotion/ointment, baby powder, two water bottles, a 3 section formula dispenser, a minimum of one bottle but three at most. 1-2 changes of clothes, 1 burp rag that we have never used in the 6 months my son has been alive so far, a couple teething toys/everyday toys,occasionally a swaddle blanket. In a few months we’ll probably start bring baby spoons with us when we get on a better food schedule 🤷🏼‍♀️

Diapers and wipes are a given, but make sure you have a changing pad too.  I also have in mine: hand sanitizer, face and hand wipes, boogie wipes, baggies for dirty diapers, boogie sucker, extra binky, extra bottle, extra change of clothes, a pair of pajamas, extra jacket, extra socks, burp cloth, blanket, some toys, A&D...there’s probably more.  Mine is packed haha but I’m always an overpacked.

When my son was small if I was going anywhere I knew I couldn't get hot water I carried a flask of boiling water around with me to make his bottles up with.
Mainly just nappies, wipes, formula, nappy bags, bibs and spare clothes (reflux baby).
We also got a teeny tiny pot of sudocrem that we just refilled from the big tub but was much easier to carry round.
And a spare top for me cos again... reflux 😂
